About
“What does it actually take to be that kind of man — not perfect, not invincible, but present, purposeful, and unwilling to quit?”
The Man Behind the Work

Doctor. Father.
Coach. Author.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, author, and coach who thinks deeply about what it means to live well. I grew up in Maine, studied at Wesleyan University, and earned my doctorate at the University of St. Augustine.

I live in North Florida with my wife and daughter — and honestly, time with them is what I protect most fiercely. I train most days, read constantly, and get on the golf course or tennis court whenever I can.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: men are capable of far more than the world is currently asking of them. Everything I build — the programs, the books, the non-profit — is an attempt to hand them the blueprint.
